Customer service/reception service too bad! I experienced worst ever!! Always putting hold. Minimum 4, 5 minutes..

Forced to go there since 6/2001 b/c of my insurance. They have fired and, or forced out the best of their front ofc. staff. Only the highschool volunteer is cordial, professional and polite. They forget and also lie. (Only at this location.)
The doctors are good to very good. But the the ft. ofc. staff will leave you in a bad mood for the day.
The Anahiem location is professional, polite, efficient and nice. Very different from the Santa Ana ofc.
