DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RISK YOUR LOVED ONES OR YOURSELF IN THIS MANS CARE. HE IS A CRUEL, INHUMANE, UNSENSITIVE SMALL MAN THAT DOES'NT DESERVE TO PRACTICE MEDICINE.
My mother went in to receive a neruo stimulator which she had already had installed from him once before. The first procedure had minor difficulties and the second one had some major.
Not only did he lie about why he missed the first surgery date, but on our second arrival for surgery the following happened.....
During the procedure he hit my mothers spine leaving her paralyzed from the chest down. After the surgery he claimed that the lack of mobility in her body was from spinal swelling which we quickly proved was a lie through receiving a second opinion.
After he left my mom paralyzed in the rehabilitation center he began spacing himself from us, and it became nearly impossible to get him on any form of communication. It occurred to me after a long period of wondering that this man is cowering away from his mistakes.
Since this incident we have went to many other specialist all of which say there was negligence from Roger Shortz's end.
