Id give even a zero star if there were any option the guy is not even on his words he called me and confirmed with me for delivering gifts on Valentines Day as soon as I arrived he was so confused he said I already give it to somebody and I talked and Confirm about the job 2 weeks before when a person cant stay on his words how can he run or do business pathetic
I came all the way from San Jose to San Mateo at his facility and this guy viresh the owner didnt even acknowledged it very bad

Too much expensive they charge rose flower bukke $39 and then gave more cheap then that.... paid $39 doller for $10 doller flower bukke

I'm so sad and disappointed. I ordered the Valentine's Day Rose Bouquet and a fruit box for my wife for this Valentine's Day. The Rose Bouquet looked beautiful on the website. It was delivered by 7:00 pm and she received what looked like the Vibrant Flowers they offer online.I never ordered that neither does my wife likes that kind of flowers. It's sad that she did not get not even one red rose just literally two yellow roses, one white, two pink ones and some flowers. Absolutely disappointed and heartbreaking when I saw my wife's reaction!I would never recommend this business to anybody, specially on such an important occasion as Valentine's Day! Please don't advertise something online and send whatever leftovers you have on that day! It's better to call your clients and apologize for not being able to deliver what was order, at least that way we can plan something else!
