These people are amazing. I have 2013 VW Passat Diesel and it was having a rough time shifting around 22 mph when cold. I took it to the VW dealership and they charged me around $1500 to replace a pump and battery and it still wasn't fixed. So they kept my car for a week and still not fixed but now the check engine light was on. So I took it to Akex and Manoch at AutoKraft and they diagnosed it as a simple sensor failure which was less then $350 to fix. Since the repair, I have been driving my car for 10 days and it is like new. Wow, what a difference their knowledge and experience makes. I will never go back to the dealership for anything. AutoKraft is now where I will take my VW for all its service needs. Thank you, Alex and Manoch.

Went in for a post-purchase inspection for my B8.5 S4 and received some of the best service I've ever gotten from any auto shop. From in-depth details on the car's condition to recommended maintenance, Autokraft went above and beyond expectations. Genuinely a place you can trust. Thats all anyone wants when youre dropping off something that costs a huge amount to you, monetarily and personally. I trust my car with them: you definitely can as well. Super nice guys who genuinely care about what they do, go the extra mile and are not afraid to question your decisions, to make sure youre 100% happy, before they help you.
One of those places you dont want to leave a good review because everyone is going to go there, but had to do it because they deserve it.

I took my Audi in for a follow up tune-up yesterday (I needed to go back because they had to wait for ordered parts) and got the usual fantastic service.   I needed the car back mid-afternoon and Manol and Alex made sure it happened with no complaint.  Autokraft does great work and communicates effectively and frequently throughout so the process and experience is flawless.  Top rating and recommendation without hesitation.  Would add five more stars if allowed.
