Alfredo's value and follow thru is great. After years of him working on our BMW's, my daughter's car broke down in Orange County. He helped us with the quote and spoke directly with the Tustin Mechanic. Coaching us and being our advocate for that shop. No, he's not family, just helped us. Wish there was a 6th star.

cant thank these guys enough. alfredo helped me out a ton when the timing chain guides broke on our 328i. rather than quote and take the job that would've easily been over 6k, he informed and guided me on how to get it warrantied through bmw. super helpful, saved me thousands. appreciate them being honest and upfront rather than taking the job and not saying anything like other shops. as long as i have the car, this is my stop now for service and maintenance
