Hello my name is Cynthia Ugalde and I am helping my Brother Ramon Ugalde file a Malpractice Lawsuit against Dr. Rogers. I would of filed lawsuit long ago but my Brother kept saying no. Would anyone be willing to help???? My Brother was diagnosed with Chrones disease two years ago and has had endless suffering under Rogers care. Had to be rushed transfered from San Luis Obispo Hospital all the way to La Keck Hospital at one point because he would of died if stayed under Rogers care! Another Doctor had to intervene when rushed to Keck because Rogers was not around!?!?!? Endless Emergency room visits because of Rogers! My Brother was a High risk case at one point a looked like a toothpick like he was gonna die and he would not be at appts and make my brother see the NP. Got sent home many times on Pain med only when should have been Hospitalized for emergency surgery! Don't want to say more saving it for the Lawyers! if you know any other Patient that has suffered under Rogers care please refer them to me. Doctors: I know you are out there, many have told us they disagree and are angry with how he has treated my Brother, if you have a heart, call us, Please. If you continue to protect this Doctor many Patients will continue to suffer and someone will probably die!my cell # 619-318-0281Regards Cynthia Ugalde

Dr. Rodgers is a professional. I ended up having a stomach ulcer for over a year. Every doctor I had seen before him did not take the time to get to the root of the cause. He took the time listened to me discussed different options and eventually we came to what I need to get through this. He is determined, his bed side manners is something that is not seen any longer and most importantly you feel like he genuinely cares how you feel. I could not recommend a better doctor.

I want a doctor who listens to the patient and is up-to-date on treatment protocols.  Dr. Vance Rodgers gets an A+ on both counts.  In dealing with ulcerative collitis and crohns for many years, it was nice to be sent for testing when I had a flare-up and told to try a couple of dietary changes.  It worked and, fortunately, tests were negative. I have been able to continue in "remission" and to be off medications that were causing joint discomfort and other side effects.  Avoiding certain foods is definitely worth it, and I consider Dr. Rodgers to be brilliant, kind, and easy to talk to.  Well organized office and prompt attention is a big plus. Thank you.

I  had an appointment at Dr. Rogers office and never had the pleasure of meeting him ... my appointment was with the NP.. she was very nice but on the other hand I believe that the doctor who is to do your colonoscopy should personally meet with patients and answer their concerns... I  prepped my procedure and  was sent to a surgical clinic.  Due my behavior and comments I was dismissed... Shame on you  Dr. Rogers... get to know your patients prior.
