Atrocious communication and the worst scheduler I have ever dealt with in any industry. Also, be prepared for billing headaches if you have follow up appointments.

Lovely, professional and caring staff, and Dr Wetzel himself is very compassionate and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Office staff was ok. Front desk girl was from another office and didn't seem to want to take care of me, instead was too busy talking to other employees. The computerized questionnaire kept freezing. Plus I didn't understand alot of the questions it was asking. It had too many medical terms that I had to Google on my phone to see what it was asking. The P.A. was very nice and very thorough. I haven't seen Dr Wetzel yet until my colonoscopy, but he's done my other colonoscopy and. Simoidoscopy in past years and I found him to be very pleasant and comforting. I highly recommend him.
