Having personally managed rental properties before, I know what I need in a Property Manager. On a 5-star scale I give Susan & Darryl a 6+. They are everything I could ask for in taking care of a property from both the owner and the tenant point of view. They are proactive, responsive, focused on customer service, detail oriented, understand hospitality, and have their thumb on the pulse of what’s needed and/or provides best value. With them on board I’m able to relax, do my life, focus on my wheelhouse, and not worry about a thing. You guys rock, thanks so much!
