Highly, highly recommend!!
Extremely easy pickup and dropoff, with an awesome selection of cars.
We were absolutely delighted to be helped by Haidee and Dan - there was a small hiccup with our reservation, but they worked some magic and got everything sorted out quickly and easily.
I really appreciate being treated like a human and have the folks at National care about me, especially folks like Dan and Haidee - thank you!

Whatever you do, never leave anything behind your rental because the guys who receive your vehicle, steal your items and then National says they never found anything. I accidentally forgot to take off my handicap decal from my rear view mirror and when I arrived to my destination I called National at San Jose. They were very nice but I am sure the employees stole my decal and perhaps are using it for their personal vehicles. There is no way a handicap decal simply disappeared if they claim they have the best lost and found policies. I hope who ever took my decal returns it to National and do the right thing. I asked them to investigate the vehicles parked at the employee lot got a handicap decal serial number starting g with #13, but they never did anything. So whatever you do, check everything because they steal items left behind. Too bad the guys car washing vehicles are giving a bad reputation to Latinos doing things like that. Is a shame they stone my handicap decal like that.
