Best place for party rentals hands down!!! Excellent service and easy process! We rented a bouncy castle through the iJUMP website in less than 10 minutes. Everything was explained very clearly, we were able to pick the date/time, sign the contract and pay right there. A day before the event, I received a text telling me at what time they were going to arrive for set up. They showed up promptly on Friday morning, set the inflatable up and sanitized it throughly inside and out. We rented it for our Saturday party but they picked it up on Monday morning, so my kids were able to enjoy the bouncy castle for almost 3 days for the price of one day. We are very happy customers and iJUMP will be our go to place for party rentals moving forward. Thanks iJUMP!!!!

Excellent service and super responsive to questions by email. Made the whole process easy and enjoyable, well worth the money. Kids loved the bouncy house. Highly recommend and would order from them again!

Very clean, I felt safe during Covid because they cleaned everything very well after setup
The price is reasonable

The delivery if you leave a little far like I do, could be very significant

I always order from iJump. It's easy because its done all online. They email to confirm and on the day of the event they call when they are 30 mins away. Set up is a breeze and so is take away. They do call ahead too to pick up. Always friendly and respectable. You get what you give so I offer a glass of water and tip them for their service.

2 stars. Why? At least I received a courtesy call - but, the person was far from courteous. I booked online and was called the day after to let me know the blow up was not available (why did it show as available on your website?) ... nonetheless, I am very understanding and said that it was fine to delay our order by a day, when they said the blow up would be available... just push our scheduled time to the next day and we would be good to go. However, in order to do that, I was told I had to reduce my reservation time by one day (yet! still pay the same amount).... While I explained that I should at least get the same time frame w/ the blow up, this seemed confusing to the person at ijump, who argued with me about how that reservation time wasn't even possible (it was a 3 day period... and was fully accepted, confirmed and paid for on their website).
I will have some disappointed kids... but, I'll make that up to them. Instead, I'm going to pay top dollar with ijump's competitor for an amazing jumper with great customer service. ijump's prices are cheap... but, don't be deceived, their service is just as cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll never recommend this place or be a return customer... I have 3 kids and manage large events for a silicon valley company. You have lost a lot of potential business with your awful attitude.
UPDATE: I WENT TO A COMPETITOR: GOLDEN JUMPERS! I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! :) GO TO GOLDEN JUMPERS!! FANTASTIC INFLATABLES, PRICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
