Whoever is driving around in the truck tonight (March 18, 2021) needs to be fired. Driving like they’ve never driven before. Easily going 110mph, cutting people off, swerving in and out of traffic. Why do this in a company vehicle? 0/10, 0 stars. Horrible look for the company.

Rafid is one of the most exceptional vendors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hands down he is the most professional subject matter expert we have ever hired.
The review from Emerald City is from my fired property manager who could not seem to respect anyone she worked with including tenants and myself, the owner. Countless times after she was fired we were told that she belittled others, screamed and barked orders, and lied about many issues to favor her side of the story. I hired her as my property manager when my military family had a permanent change of station.
Rafid is an electrician we hired for upgrades in our home before we hired Emerald, and he not only fixed the issues we needed but also helped us learn as we were new homeowners. This is a man I would recommend to anyone and everyone as he values his work and reputation to do an outstanding job. He certainly does not flake or make up excuses. Anyone who works needs to know if they’ll be paid, obviously. The reason Rafid asked about why there was a new fan was because he had recently installed that fan to begin with, not knowing that a tenant had broken it. As far as Rafid asking to be paid on the spot, I know for a fact that that was a lie because he had never asked us to pay him before any work was done.
Emerald City is not to be trusted. I was told by two tenants and three vendors that they were the worst people to work with. Emerald City is not a professional company but a group of incompetent people who decided they could swindle others as a group.Take it from me, it was a big mistake to ever hire such a horrible company as Emerald City. Their review holds no value.
I highly recommend Rafid as your go to electrician.

Dont bother. Schedules & flakes. Will start in with a myriad of excuses for why he’s flaking last minute. So you give it another go and this time he starts in on whose going to pay him before he even understands the work hes to do.
Were a professional company we cant NOT pay someone for work completed. This is how he will get out of doing a job the 2nd time by questioning who will pay him. Just dont bother. Every third party weve used gives us an invoice & paid on the spot or with 24hrs.
He was requested to replace a fan & he calls up and asks “ Why is there a new fan?” Serious😂 The fan is there for you to replace it as mentioned in the previous phone conversation. In the end he wanted payment on the spot before understanding or completing the work.
