We stop by to check out a phone that me and my wife had seen at another retail store but only to find out that the color we were looking for was available at Best Buys Almaden Expy location. The sales associate told us he can match the price and we were to pay for the phone outright. But than, Elisa, who claimed she was the store manager for that location was rude, unprofessional and lacked the basic skill of customer service, came in and asserted that she can only price match if she can pull that offer online. Although I had proof of in store price of their competitor on hand, but because it wasnt advertised online, it was not sufficient. If Best Buy claims they have a matching price policy, then it should be that of in store or online.
I will escalate this issue further with the Better Business Bureau.
