      image Assoc: 087891 Used my personal information without consent. She created a rewards account and did not inform me as I was waiting for her to process my in-store return. I learned about this when I got home and took a closer look at my refund receipt illustrating a membership status. Initially, the original receipt was provided and the return should have been fast and straightforward. SMH!!!!! do not use my personal information without consent for the use of Tilly's optional rewards program.
