We called on Phil T. from Cools Custom to quote our duplex rental remodel and we have never called anyone else for anything else since.
Having never used a general contractor before we were nervous and skeptical ....But Phil T./Cools Custom, from day-1, was the solution we were hoping for.
Our remodel was perfect, as ordered, and on time. a
And to this day, we call Cools Custom first with any construction, plumbing, electrical, hardscape needs... for anything that we need done to our properties.

We continue to be amazed at how efficient Cools Custom Remodeling operates as a builder/ remodeler, even after a year since our fantastic rental remodel with Cools Custom, their level of service and responsiveness is stellar.
Even with issues not related to our remodel they have turned into our “go-to” solution to any and everything related to home repair and maintenance. Even our tenants have been totally impressed with Cool Customs proactive coordination of time schedules and property access to minimize the impact on our tenants and their lives.

Jason and the team did a fantastic job on my shower refresh project. The base pan in the shower cracked and was sending water underneath everytime you stepped on it. Jason ripped out the old base pan, tile, and windows. The updated version of all those pieces are beautiful to look at and now showering is a much better experience. It was a much needed fix/improvement. I'll be calling them back to add a window to my other bathroom and higher vanity and new sinks to the master bathroom. I'd highly recommend these guys!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Cools. They did a complete remodel of our home including kitchen, bath, laundry room, fireplace, and all the painting and detail work. They were outstanding at every step. Professional and trustworthy, I would use them again and glad to rate them as a 5 star company!

We are very happy we chose Cools Custom for our remodeling project. Our project was to completely remodel the interior of our three bedroom two bath townhouse. Cools did a fantastic job of completing the project on schedule and with high quality.
We appreciate the professionalism. Jason was our project manager and we enjoyed working with him. He is available when you need him, pleasant to work with, professional and patient. He understands the stress the family is going through and is very accommodating. Phil worked with us to fully scope the project and was available at all times to help us choose the right design and items. The sub-contractors they brought along - carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, flooring contractor - were very good.
Overall, an enjoyable experience. It is surprising to hear that about contractors in general but it is true in this case. Their quotes are slightly on the expensive side but your get what you pay for - professionalism, higher quality work, on time completion and lower stress for you as a customer. Highly recommend.
