Rude short unpleasant woman who ignores people and extremely slow. People walked out while we were waiting. She needs to be fired!

Went in around 10:30am, immediately, woman who was working alone had the worst attitude, then ignored me when I asked to take my order. I wanted about 10 minutes then she decided to stare at me, then act busy again.
I still didn't get my order in so I left and took my business elsewhere. The owner of this franchise should look into this matter and release any employee who acts this way.
Unbelievable and a waste of time!

The fountain drinks machine is broken (or decommissioned) for weeks, and store refuse to accept the Subway coupons target to the bay area stores.

I haven't been to a Subway for about five years but decided to give it a try because of the new Refresh thing. This location doesn't accept coupons according to the signs; they also don't accept food stamps (the person in front of me asked if they did.) There was only one person working but it wasn't very busy. The restroom and soda machine were out of service. There's also no soup available here. I'm pretty sure other locations have soup.
I had a footlong flatbread sandwich with black forest ham, provolone, muenster, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and light mayo. I noticed that some of the ingredient containers were frozen as I told the person what I wanted. I also bought a juice box, a caramel apple cookie, and some Sun Chips. The sandwich was fine. It was what I expected it to be. It was filling, inexpensive, and tasted just okay. The Sun Chips were a little stale. They were just a month from the best before date. The juice box was juice. The cookie was very hard and didn't taste great. I had a bite and threw it away.
Overall, I'm kind of disappointed because I thought the Refresh thing meant that the food would be really good now. It's just meh. My total was $15.18. I would've liked being able to wash my hands or at least used some hand sanitizer before and after eating.
