Urban Green Investments

My personal financial situation as atypical. I'm a founder in tech, my income varies and my investments are complex. I am also not the kind of person who likes to ask for help. Finances to me are personal. Given the complexities of my situation (startup, kid in college, divorce, etc) I thought it would be helpful to ask my friends for a referral and they sent Urban Green to me. After just one call, I got it. Investing with them over time mimics an index. I really appreciate the time they spend choosing deals and structuring them. I feel safe with them. They were great at onboarding, reporting, deal finding, and objectively analyzing an investment. They explain investments in a way that makes sense. I understand it and quickly decide if I'd like the offering in my index. They are selective and not salesy, overall, a great combination for me.

Real estate is a requirement for any balanced portfolio. It may not as sexy, liquid or exciting as stocks, but Urban Green makes it as exciting as it can get in terms of real estate investments. They turn investing in real estate into as diverse of an investment as possible. No two deals are alike so you get to create your own exciting portfolio, just like you would a stock portfolio. I really appreciate that effortless exposure to diversification, at my convenience

Every investors has his or her own goals of balancing risk and rewards or the chance to earn outpaced gains against dividend income or steady appreciation. We have found this balance and right fit in Urban Green. They have provided us an excellent service, be it on an investment or on a personal level. Urban Green’s investment opportunities are particularly compelling. I am pleased to see their results in comparison to the experiences one reads or hears about at other private equity real estate firms. This is just my subjective experience.
