Pop Physique

The studio *used* to be great. Not anymore. There's hardly any classes being offered. See the attached image for current state of classes.

Beware of billing charges. I used to love pop physique. But their office disorganization resulted in a billing error where I was charged over $100 for classes they no longer offered. I have been trying to reverse the charge for over three months, and got consent for the refund multiple times via email and verbally. However, I have not received a refund, and no one has responded to my last three emails. Now that over three months have passed, I cannot dispute the claim through my credit card, and the money is lost.

Buyer beware... I paid $100 for a month pass at the SF Mission location. Two days later they announced they were closing that location the following week. After a month of emailing and calling, I've been told multiple times my request for a refund is with upper management, but no one has followed through. The workouts and instructors are good, but I wouldn't suggest buying any long-term passes if you value your money.

I absolutely love these classes. Full body workout! Highly recommended-the instructors are incredible. Mia was very helpful in leading the classes and getting me familiar with the facility. I would come back just for the instructor. Great management !
