I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Brain for years. I am a personal trainer myself and massage therapist. I can no longer take on new training clients as I am focusing on building my massage practice. However when I am asked for a referral for personal training my go-to is Brian. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft and I completely trust him. He is especially fantastic with working with people who are new to training as he is patient and makes exercise fun and not intimidating.

Brian Wrench is without a doubt the best Personal Trainer the Bay Area has! I've been working with him for over two years now and it has been the best experience ever. Working out in the past has often been something I would dread avoid, but not once have I felt this way working with Brian. Every workout is fun, enjoyable, and I look forward to each session. If you want to physically improve yourself but, in my case, lack the motivation to keep it up, you'd do yourself good to work with Brian. He really knows how to keep things interesting and enjoyable while getting you results. I find myself excited to go to training! The facility is clean and has a few bathrooms. Two bathrooms have showers and clean towels are provided. There are lockers to store your things while you are training, and water is provided on both levels. There may be a couple other trainers working with their clients but, thus far, I have not experienced any serious distractions during my sessions which I really appreciate. Also, parking is never an issue. But all amenities aside the critical component in this whole equation and the reason why I am writing this review is because Brian is absolutely exceptional. He's knowledgeable and most importantly for me personable. I can't stress enough that I look forward to training sessions with him. In a nut shell, he makes training fun.
