Results take forever to come. It took them a week to send my PCR results when I got the result, the report said it was generated 2 days back. They took 2 days just to send me the report. They informed SF county about my positive result 2 days before they sent me the result!
Customer support is highly unhelpful too, will disconnect calls, put you on hold and eventually give you unhelpful feedback. "Test results take 2-5 days" "Results will be posted soon" I wouldn't call you for obvious information!
I wouldn't use their service again :(
EDIT: Adding reply to response to the owner: I totally understand the delay due to high volume. My concern is on looking at the report, I see that it was generated 2 days back. Even SF county public health knew of my result before me. I believe I should be the first person to know my result, especially if it is positive. A delay of 2 days does not make sense to me.

I’ve used Carbon Health twice now and they are very efficient, fast and friendly. I prefer coming here over the VA, just super nice folks and their results are very fast!

Quick and convenient place for covid testing, right in our neighborhood. The place looks like an RV with two rooms, sitting in a public parking lot. But it didn't really make a difference to me since I was only there 5 minutes. The "waiting room" is outside, when you go inside you sit in front of an ipad and talk to a physician. Answer a couple questions, technician takes a swab, and you're done. Results through the app.
This site has a new machine for "CEPHEID Rapid PCR" test that's supposedly more accurate than antigen and you have results in 2 hours. They gave me the choice of which test I wanted, between PCR, rapid PCR, and rapid antigen. They had a same-day appointment and took my insurance, so it was free.
