        Their customer service is not response at all when you call goes to answering machine and nobody call you Back at all it doesnt matter how time you leave message or email them . They dont back to you .

        Some bumps in service response. Mainland attitude in customer service (consumer-blaming, argumentative). Not as quick as they tout. Was still necessary to start with them to get to Pacific Life.
