I've been a happy client of Carlos Bermudez's State Farm insurance office for almost thirty years. The personal service is great. Carlos's staff over the years has been accessible and responsive. Emilia Martelli is efficient and thoughtful, with good information to help make insurance decisions.

Carlos has been my insurance agent for over 35 years. He's taken care of our automobile, homeowners', business and personal liability policies. I wouldn't work with anyone else. He and his staff have always been responsive, and helped our family get the right kind of coverage for our needs. If I leave a message they return my calls and also send me reminder messages if I overlook a premium payment. When we've had a claim, they have assisted with any of our concerns as well.

My family and I are long time customers of State Farm and have been going to Carlos Bermudez for decades. He's amazing to work with. Most recently, within the last couple of years I've had the pleasure of speaking with Tanisha. What a gem she is!!! She's a total rockstar, very proactive and prompt to accommodate any requests that I may have for needed changes. Her customer service is phenomenal and wouldn't want to deal or speak to anyone else. She truly is the most helpful and has guided me through challenges that many other individuals wouldn't care to do so. Thank you for all that you do!!!

Not only is the State Farm renters insurance the best for my needs, but the staff in Carlos's office rocks! When I need an explanation of something Emilia is on it and with such stellar customer care and understandable explanations.
