        Kate is incredibly rude, and her staff is uneducated on the products they offer. It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office when you need them. If you want to work extra hard to get them to insure you, sign up now. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and choose another agency in the area that might actually want your business.
