Great location.
Elevators need some love and there menu needs to have more options and kid friendly food.
Decent bar yet the drink prices seem high even for a JW.

Excellent staff. Stayed here many times and it is my go-to in SF. Its better than 3-stars, but I give it 3 stars because theres no exec lounge, its very noisy in the breakfast/atrium area (not relaxing, hard to talk) with the loud echoey fountain and the Muzak, and parking is $85 billion dollars a night. Elevators are a bit sketch sometimes and can take a long long time to arrive.
Food is decent. Free breakfast is not free. Only up to $30, but everything on the menu is like $26 so you always have to pay something unless you order oatmeal and water.
