I was visiting San Francisco for a weekend and really wanted to a great workout. My friend invited me to try a class at Dryft and it was so challenging and fun. I really hate running, so I was glad the cardio was rowing machine. AND prior to this, I've only tried a fan rower, and here they had a water rower, which is amazing!! The instructor had great abs, great music, and a lot of energy. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in SF.

"Like Barry's but with rowing." That is to say it is an amazing workout yet has a much lower impact. I love Barry's but not so much running. Dryft is the perfect solution. One part: Rowing gives you the cardio you need while working your core simultaneously (more so than running). The rowers are some of the best I have ever tried too. One part: I also love the variety of strength training the class provides. Additionally, the instructors are great at correcting form while motivating you to do better. With all the fitness options in SF, I can safely say I have found that Dryft is the best suited for me
