Today Dennis C. helped me get a few things downloaded, printed, faxed, mailed and printed in a very expedited and kind manner.       image The stores attitude to Amazon returns has taken a plummet - on two separate occasions (different workers) they have been extremely rude and impatient. This is a shipping company, they should expect to process packages. I understand frustration, but its another level to berate me while telling other customers to have a blessed day. The reason I give 2 stars (and not 1) was that 6mon ago, the service was fine/cordial.
