Great coffee, fast service...nice people watching from sidewalk tables.. order ahead and it's ready for you right when you get there...update: still great...did i mention great staff

Rude customer service
The app wasn't working so I went up to the cash register to order and scan with my QR code instead. The cashier insisted on going into my phone even though I kept asking to just scan the QR code.
Eventually the store manager came over and rudely asked me what "my problem" was. I felt bad blaming the cashier person even though she was the one wasting my time.
Finally the store manager scanned my QR code but did it all in an angry way as if I was the one causing a problem.
I couldn't even enjoy my coffee and this was all on Dec 24 so it also killed the holiday happy vibes.
