I have used them many times over the years. I have lived in Cole Valley since 1992. They are the nicest people, they take great care with all of my clothes from laundry to dry cleaning. They are honest hard working and have always done a great job !

Fine for cleaning. Dont take for alterations - the woman insists on her own style at a premium price.

This is a review for their alterations, not their dry cleaning which by our experience over the past five years is fine.I took a cotton dress here for a simple alteration. Unhem the top from the skirt and bring up the skirt 3 inches. Reason -- the top is too long on my torso. So, instead, they just went to the skirt and cut the bottom 4 inches. This was after we pinned the top exactly to where it needed to be with safety pins and everything when I tried it on there. They didn't even listen to their own safety pin marks.

Maggie and the Cole Cleaners folks are quick, do a good job, and are always super pleasant.
