image This body shop had extremely friendly staff and was able to fix my under carriage quickly! They were transparent about the costs and was very reasonably priced. I think I've found my new favorite auto shop!

image I brought in my car to this shop a few times and had great experience , unfortunately my friend who brought in their car recently had a terrible experience. I guess with new technology like hybrid car , this shop may not be ready for it. Here's the long story: My friend who brought their car to this shop but it took 8 months to fix ! I was really surprised with the length of time it took and they kept giving excuses / blaming  the dealer who sent wrong parts and missed some. The shop said the dealer didn't have the parts and will take a month but my friend called the dealer and they said only 2 weeks also showed the shop and the shop said they already ordered it ? Anyways even if the parts take longer, it wouldn't take 8 months ??? And they suddenly find out more parts need to be replaced after 7 months and send in another invoice to claim? Didn't they inspect the car and order the necessary parts in the first place ? When my friend got their car back they found out there are so many things the shop charged them but didn't it; like the shop  charge for some new parts but was giving them the used parts ; and the headlight they claimed it but it's the same scratched up one, it was not big scratch so the shop didn't think my friend would notice it. My friend was tired with their excuses and they probably would say dealer problem again so check your car before you leave the shop. Although it was covered by my friend's auto insurance , due to the amount the shop charged , my friend insurance premium went up! Their first estimate was about $4000 but it ended up charged $18000. At the end the owner did apologize for the delay but it is not important anymore.We think that the shop don't know have the knowledge on hybrid vehicle yet and they may accidentally broke some parts due to lack of knowledge with the technology. Would not recommend if you have a hybrid car!!

image The gentleman working late at night in the shop was extremely kind.
My old Honda started overheating getting onto the bridge right near this location. I pulled off onto the shoulder to let it cool. No nearby gas stations or stores had coolant for sale.
The garage door to the shop was open, so I asked for coolant. He gave me a bottle and then offered a hand towel just in case.
Thank you, good sir. I made it home safe.
