        Stay away honestly. Go elsewhere because this place is just not worth it. The runaround, deceit, and disrespect we experienced here was enough for me to never want to come back to this dealership in particular.

        We had a good buying experience Felt not pressured and given other options for financing. Jairo is quite knowledgeable with cars. He is polite, patient and pleasant to us. We got a fair deal. this is our first time to buy VW so hoping it is a good buy.

        I visited this place back in October and the sales staff is amazing, if I could, I would rate this place 5 stars on that alone; however the service department isnt that great. They were really helpful on explaining what they will be working on my 2018 Beetle, but when putting the wheels, they put a tire with a nail in the shoulder back on instead of a good tire that was placed on the trunk.
