        We had a last minute change in vacation location due to the forest fires. We were thrilled to find the Mission Beach beachfront condo for the week of Labor Day. Our interaction with 710 Beach Rentals was excellent.The booking process and all communication was quick, clear and reassuring. We especially appreciated the text notification re: the readiness of the condo ahead of the designated check-in time.

        We had a fantastic stay at our 710 Vacation Home in Mission Beach. One issue arose during our stay - not having any washcloths in the unit. This was resolved by the following morning. The company was responsive.

        Great stay at 714 Asbury Ct. The house was a great fit for two grandparents, two parents, and two pre-schoolers. Nice amenities and able to fit a compact vehicle and mid-sized SUV in the deep single vehicle width garage. Would stay here again. Also, very impressed with 710 Beach Rentals. Very communicative and stay met advertised expectations. Will look at their properties first next time we visit and hope to stay with them again.

        710 Beach Rentals made our vacation experience easy and smooth. They were very quick and friendly with getting back to us about any question we had via txt/email. *Bonus, we were able to check in hours prior to our original check in time! I would definitely look to rent from one of their managed properties again.
