Luck and timing brought me to Sam. I found the exact car I was looking for - EXACTLY - color, trim package and low miles. the transaction was smooth, fair pricing and with the extended warranty - I am a satisfied customer and I don't use the word "satisfied" much nowadays. Stephen

A little bit of luck coupled with recognizing good, honest business people, and that’s how I ended up with a fantastic vehicle from Euro Motor Werks! From the start, they made special arrangements for me to come check out a recent trade in. I first met Rick, one of the owners, and he was as cool as they come. Nothing pushy or ostentatious about him. He was the absolute opposite; friendly and warm like we were old friends. From there I was introduced to Sam. What a great guy. I had to sell a vehicle before my wife would let me buy another one (I know some of you guys out there can relate). It took me a few days of back and forth with potential buyers. Sam kept in constant contact with me the entire time. He made calls on my behalf for financing and displayed a genuine desire to help me get the best deal out there. In addition, the SUV I ended up purchasing had some wear and tear to the leather seats and he had it reconditioned by the time I came to pick up the vehicle! It was his offer and not me negotiating. Class act all the way. And, on the day I brought my check in to purchase, I met Rick’s wife Carrie. What a sweetheart of a person. She shared with me some of their business philosophies and core values, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Being a small business owner myself and understanding the magnitude of taking care of our clients, I knew I was blessed to find these guys in an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation. And, although my purchase wasn’t a Rolls Royce or Lambo, I felt like I was buying the best car on the lot! You can’t AND won’t go wrong with working with this group. From the first person I met to the last, it was top shelf service and attention every step of the way! Thank you, Rick, Sam, and Carrie!!
