I would not recommend renting a Uhaul at the Camino Ruiz location. They lied about the mileage that I used and I confronted them about it, they refused to adjust my total pay. I drove less than the estimated mileage, and they charged me for the estimated mileage. My regret was that I wish I requested documentation from the individual who gave me my true mileage after I returned the Uhaul. I recommend if you guys need a Uhaul, to go somewhere else. This place scams and they are not trustworthy. They tried to cover up my issue. If you must rent a Uhaul, you need to underestimate the mileage youll be going. Do not overestimate because they will try to take advantage of you.

Made reservation online an hour before truck pick up at the Camino Ruiz location. Truck and papers were ready when we arrived. We were greeted by a male employee. After checking our drivers license, basic rental agreement was explained to us like fuel, mileage, and where to return the truck. We were done in 2 hours and returned the truck. Same male employee came to the return station and after a very quick inspection, asked if we prefer the receipt be sent via email or printed. We opted for printed, and we were told it will be ready for pick up when we get back to the office. A female employee greeted us and handed us the receipt It was my first time to rent a U-Haul and I thought it was going to b a hassle. It was quick and easy. The employees were courteus and precise. I am very satisfied with the service.
