      image Service was fantastic initially to buy, but when we needed help transferring data and setting up voicemail, our guy checked out and said call customer service (wait times are 15 min). Went in again regarding trade in. Had an unusual circumstance and two employees said that AT&T customer service lies to customers. ??
      Terrible service, not trained in any way.
