I spent many days researching and reviewing solar bids. Cole, with Incentive Solar, had the best customer service by far. I had a pretty good idea of what solar equipment I wanted a head of time, and he gave me exactly what I asked! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Through multiple conversations and site visits, Cole earned my trust as a client. He was competitive with his solar bid and worked diligently to outbid his competition. Cole is also very responsive. He was always there to take your call or answer a text! We are so grateful to have partnered with him for this construction project. Greg, the lead installer, is a hoot! He is a down-to-earth guy, who is extremely hard working. He and his team stayed until 9pm just to get the job done. We hired Incentive Solar, for our Solar panel installation. From the first contact to powering up the panels--we had excellent customer service. Our panels were professionally installed with care. The installers were very neat, cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Incentive Solar for all your Solar needs.

I am very happy with my decision to have Incentive Solar install my solar panels. After researching a half dozen local solar companies, I found that Ben offered the most thorough explanation of the different types of solar panels and all about the installation process. Ben and his team did great work setting up my system and they were all extremely knowledgeable. It's a local, family owned business and they provide personalized service. If you are considering "going solar", I highly recommend that you talk with Ben and go with Incentive Solar.

Full disclosure I am a cost conscious engineer that analyzed the heck out of solar before making the decision 1 year ago. Fast forward, I am very happy with my investment decision. For some details, I chose Panasonic panels, they may cost a little more but I am in the manufacturing business and have firsthand experience and utmost respect for Japanese quality systems. Second, I chose the right solar company to work with Incentive Solar. I tend to vector towards local family owned service businesses as I have lived in the same San Diego home for 28 years. They did an excellent job of explaining solar benefits, provided a well-thought-out design for my roof/location (see pic) and finished the installation on time. Bottom-line, my typical energy bill before solar averaged $300-400/month and last year it averaged $10/month. At this rate, my investment should pay off in < 5 years! As a side note, out of all the home improvements that I have made over the years, having solar had the most positive impact on a recent refinance home appraisal. Go solar, good for the environment, great for your pocketbook!

Incentive Solar did a fantastic job getting my panels up. Cole explained to me in detail how Solar works and went through the details on how many panels I would need and the different finance options. He was professional and patient with me as I had many questions to ask. Greg and his crew went above and beyond of my expectations. Although there were some setback (which none was their fault), they were able to get me up and running. While going through permits the city found I had an unpermited patio and wouldnt allow the solars to be put up until that got resolved. Greg and his crew went above and beyond. In order for my permit to go through they found an engineer for me to draw up a built as plan design for my patio which was not easy as no one would take the job. Once they got that they were calling the city everyday and driving out an hour to 2 hours everday tonget to the city of Wildomar to get the permits squared away as the city was also un responsive at times. Everything that you think would go wrong actually went wrong lol and like I said none was Incentive Solars fault. But they tackled this job like Pros. As soon as they got the go ahead from the city they got my panels installed in a day. The whole crew at Incentive Solar is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get Solar
