Sunpower California

The installation team were 2 hours late, and they are not careful when installing the panels and they seem to be in a hurry. There are major scratches, sealant smudges, and boot footprint that was left. We emailed Augie and Trevor who is our Sunpower 'representative' and they never addressed our concerns. Product should be prestine when delivered and installed with care, and this entire team did not care to address anything. Disappointed to be honest as I was hoping for better customer service - Please ensure to check your panels before the installation team leaves.

I called and got an appointment and quote right away. It was lower than other companies I had spoken with and their warranty was much better than their competitors. I liked the fact that their solar panels are all American made as well. I moved forward and got solar panels here in San Diego with them and my installation was quick and easy with no problems. I have been saving money every month and it was one of the best decisions I made.

Excellent service. Ben was very professional, always responsive to my calls and emails. Typically responded within 2-hours. They made the process of getting solar super easy. I would definitely recommend Sun Power
