The manager who had the blue Mimi from Drew Carey Show eye makeup has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. Basically swindled me out of money when trying to make a return. Will never shop here again.

It was pretty busy. The majority of their people were nice, and helpful, but the level of class they used to hire, has greatly been lowered. That's not saying I am judging the employees there, it was just an observation to what I saw compared to past visits. That, and they are really skimpy now on their sales items compared to what that they used to have, so it wasn't worth going in.

Staff was friendly but charged me twice for one item. I called and they wont refund me back unless I come into the store. Probably will be the last time I shop at this location. Ive never seen that happen before with no accountability with staff.
