Here are my comment on QFC (Quality First Commercial):
They are a great group of professionals with a pedigree for first class real estate management. I used them on my 939 4th Ave project in downtown San Diego. It was an adaptive reuse conversion from office to residential. It had a restaurant tenant on the ground floor that was operating during the course of my construction upstairs. QFC helped me keep them content during the process by being very responsive to them. The start of the development plan included sending eviction notices to a bunch of attorneys on the upper floors. Yeah, not fun. QFC was there counseling me every step of the way and gave the red carpet treatment to the attorneys, by offering to help many of them relocate. QFC was my right arm during the project construction process and kept all the accounting accurate and up to date. They ensured all the bills were paid on the project and the construction draw was submitted to my lender on schedule every month. QFC was so pleasant to work with. They always answered my call and emails. A first class operation.

Emmett and the whole QFC crew were amazing to work with. They helped me sell my commercial office space in Little Italy and were diligent with follow-up, tours, and marketing the space.
