SDPPM has been a godsend to us! When my father became too ill to remain in his home and had to move into assisted living, Howard and his outstanding team managed the leasing of our family home. They found qualified lessors and managed everything for us with excellence. Then, when it was time to sell the property, they managed all aspects of the sale. Things couldnt have gone more smoothly. Their oversight, communication and reporting have been stellar. They made a difficult time easy for us and we couldnt be more grateful. San Diego Professional Property Managers were great to deal with during my 3 year lease at a condo. Howard and Michael were very responsive and quick to address any maintenance issues that were needed. They also made sure to communicate any HOA announcements directly to me about the complex. Id highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent in San Diego.
