        It took 8 months to get back the withholding amount from this management. Even after 8 months amount is deducted and not shared exact reason for deduction.

        Never upkept with the property. Only on numerous complaints and requests from tenants. And still not properly corrected. Lighting on front parking lot stillnit operational even after I moved out. Weeds were over grown 360° around property. Simple fourplex. Management didn't even have a regular landscaper or maintenance on hand. Plumbing issues went on for months without being resolved by management until the health department was called. Mold. Top apartment leaking down to apartment below. Worse management I've witnessed in my 50 years. Manager tried to pressure me into moving my motorcycle but had legal grounds to stands on. Glad to have moved evenmy car is better. And the property is not ADA Compliant!
