We have owned our second home, a dream of ours, for about 14 years now. Initially, our condo would rent for a month or two each year, which helped to cover costs when we were unable to enjoy it. However, in the past 5 years the condo has barely rented, leaving us to consider selling the property.
Before selling, we decided to change management companies. Tasha took the time to provide suggestions for how we could improve the guest experience and showcase everything that we love about the condo. She made suggestions for the condo, and helped to coordinate and implement the updates. She suggested new photos, and her description of the condo made our experiences come alive. The condo has rented for about four months, leaving us plenty of time to still enjoy the condo, but allow for guest use to help cover expenses. The rent that we have received has more than covered our expenses. We have been nothing short of amazed and thrilled with her management. We look forward to the coming year!
