Had the sewer line inspected by SewerPros for some buyers and repairs were needed. SewerPros recommended Specialized Pipe to do the work. From beginning to end, the communication was clear, estimate and final repairs matched exactly and done sooner than expected due to sellers need to close by end of this year. My recent experience with SPT was what I expected from a Top Notch Company doing sewer pipe reconditioning. Tech-Rep came on site and knowledgeably viewed the extent of the job. An accurate Proposal was presented with competitively priced solution. Each member of the site technician teams was professional, competent, and courteous. The resulting Lining and brush coating was done in a timely manner with a minimum of disruption. Upon completion, I received a final written report with extensive video of the stages of work completed. More than pleased with my choice of the four companies I interviewed. Thank you for sending over this very informative Project Close Out report. I can tell you that I am so impressed by SPT and all their employees! Working with everyone has been such an easy process and you all exhibit the professionalism that I, and any consumer can appreciate. Monika was so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and in getting my quote and contract together. And the crew that did the actual work arrived on time, set up a nice work area, and were very knowledgeable about the scope of work and how it was to be accomplished. They answered all my questions and were instrumental in completing the work in a timely manner and most importantly, fixed the problem with no disturbance to the concrete slab or footing. Once the process of the liner installation was cured, they left their area of work as clean as it was before they arrived!
