This place has terrible service. They can't keep their appointment times and they are not very friendly. I would try another location.

I was with them for 5 weeks.  Each week they schedule you a time to discuss how you're doing. Every week they were late or didn't have the time written down correctly on their end, so I had to call them. The service there is more like taking your menu order and actually coaching asking questions, make recommendations and so forth. The last week I was with them they sent an item was was incorrect. I finally got fed up with the continuous mess ups and stopped the program.  Paying $200 a week for crappy "coaching" is not worth it to me.

I have been doing Jenny Craig since mid -November, and it is now almost mid-March.   I have lost 15 pounds , eating mostly their foods--with occasional slip -up's and a few meals out along the way.The food is really quite good--especially the Italian meals, the desserts, breakfasts, and their Recharge bars.This is the only diet I have been able to stick with for the past 5 years or so.  Although I am occasionally a little hungry, I don't feel deprived because I get desserts and some "sweet" breakfast items like pancakes and waffles.I also really like the staff at the Hazard Way Center. They are flexible and friendly, and the one-on-one service is a welcome change from some other programs like Weight Watchers and Golo (which I have tried) and which leave you pretty much on your own to lose weight.I would highly recommend Jenny Craig, especially if you are older(I am 66) and if other programs have failed you!

Jenny Craig has helped me lose weight. I like their food. It provides portion control and is tasty.
Negatives: Very expensive. When they give you a receipt, they do not tell you how much each item is. I believe this is less than transparent.
I don't know about other Jenny Craig centers but this one has spammed me to death. I order food, pick it up...and for the next 5 days, get 2 calls and a text asking me to order more food. Duh, I have your phone number! When I want more I will call you!
So again, the program is good if you can afford to overpay for frozen meals. But this particular center really blew it with me this time around. I've lost 12 pounds and don't need to lose anymore.
Be very clear in dealing with them what your communication preferences are.
