Buyer beware. Take pictures of your car inside and out before you leave. Our car was damaged, dirty and had pet hair.
When I brought it to the employees attention, they said they would note it in the file, which they did. However, they did not offer to wipe down the car inside, when I told them that it was a layer of sand in the car. When I told them my husband and I had allergies. They said their vacuum was broken, so they could not vacuum pet hair out of the car. They did not offer to send me to the local car wash 5 minutes up the road to get it cleaned out, at their expense. They told me if I wanted another car I could go to a different AVIS and swap it out because they did not have another car. They are not rude, but they did not care that they gave me a bad product. If it were not for the convenience, I would not go back.

The place is not big, but the agents here are professional and patient. Good place to go if you need a car!
