Bay View Tower - A property in desperate need of renovations. Value is reasonable. I paid $219 plus all the absurd CA taxes.
Security is lacking. Able to gain access through fully opened front doors to an unstaffed lobby. No key card security on elevator.
Bathroom fixtures at least 10 years old. Carpet stains and rips. Worn paint on walls. Dingy appearance.
Rooms: Stained carpet, faulty fixtures. Desperate need of renovations.

Had the following experience with room dining service:
Called room service twice - initially waited for 20 minutes and the second time waited for 40 minutes.
After the second try, I reached out to the front desk - Ronnie (?) mentioned that he would try calling and there was no response from the restaurant. He then mentioned that he could order for me. I mentioned the burger and he said that it was not on the menu. I was reading off the menu placed in the room and he told me that the menu was incorrect. Since he was at the front desk, I asked if he could talk to the restaurant (walk over and confirm) and he apologized and said I could order online.
So, I came down from the 12th floor and went to the restaurant where I saw the lead waiter / manager (Marco ?) talking to the folks in the bar. There were not many people in the restaurant. I placed my order (same burger I mentioned to Ronnie). Prior to leaving I asked Marco if room service was not an option. He said that the restaurant phone was 'muted'.
My request is that if Room Dining is not an option at the 'resort', it would be useful to advise guests during check-in.
Interesting to note that I did not receive a response, when this experience was provided to Layla (who reached out for my feedback)

I am lifetime titanium member. The room they put me in looked nothing like the photos online. They have a a separate hotel that Is not renovated and a few blocks away. They call it the same resort but its several blocks away. Broken elevator. Dirty carpets. Old sheets and towels. I spoke to night manager and was no help greeting an updated room thats advertised. Really was unapologetic and no recognition of loyalty to brand.
Rooms: Bay tower is old. Broken elevator. Dirty carpets.
