Horrible communication! Melissa Heil (San Diego)
Melissa did great to communicate and made sure we were on the right track. My wife and I went on vacation during the week that we closed on our first home. (that was just the way it worked out)
Communication before the close and before vacation became limited. Once we went on vacation, there was something that needed to be signed but there was an error. Melissa said that she would fix it. Since we got back (2 weeks) she has had no communication, no phone calls answered, emails, texts or updates on what the status is of our loan. Completely shut out!

Alan, Mike and their processor Danielle are the best. I had a very sticky financial situation with self employment and w2 income and they found the right solution to get the loan closed in a very tight market in Dallas, TX

Justin Roberts, He left escrow hanging buyer's agent hanging listing agent hanging kept everyone in the dark when docs were supposed to arrive and just ghosted everyone! Did not disclose up front that this loan would need VA approval from VA and said he could do a 21 day loan and it is now a month late and still no docs. I have been doing Real-Estate for 20 years and never had such horrible customer service and communication! He should not be doing loans!!!!!!

The individual I dealt with was rood. The phone lines which I called three times with two separate phones were very poor. It sounded like a ham radio.
