Absolute waste of time sat in their waiting room for 45 minutes to find out they won’t work on non-production wheels meaning I have to bring in 60 or more . I had brought in a set of BBS wheels .

Horrible. I brought a part in to get a quote for color anodizing. One guy was helpful, asked a few questions, what color? What type- soft or hard anodizing.. etc. Also mentions that some screws and residual paint has to be removed. Which i said no problem i will do all that. Then quotes me the "around/roughly" quote. Which i was okay with too. Then another guy asks "why do you want to anodize that?" ..because i want it a certain color..which is why you offer "color anodizing". And he finished with "we'd rather not do it. Its too much of a hassle"... really??? Your coworker already said it can be done. If its a hassle, then charge More to make it more convenient for you. Isnt this what your business is about? You advertise that you anodize.. why not do it? If it is because it was a single piece, then just tell me you only do bulk orders and your place is not open to the public. I would have been okay with that. But to say, i rather not do it, its too much of a hassle.. is just rude.
