Bought some cool jewelry here today, and an early Xmas present for my bb girl. I LOVE Swarovski crystal and have been collecting it for years! The new colors are so amazing!

Came here to buy a birthday gift for my mom. We were assisted by Zen. She was very helpful and professional. She also made the packaging look so nice :)

Not the best service at this location. The associates were too busy chatting to help me look for the necklace and bracelet that I was looking for. After asking the associate to take the bracelet out to try on, I asked her for the price. But she decided to help another customer that walked in after I asked my question, before giving me an answer. Considering the store was not busy and her unwillingness to help me look for the other item (necklace) that I expressed interest in, I'd say this girl is not suited for the service industry.

Had a lovely experience with Grace at this store. She was incredibly professional, answered all of my questions and was very kind. I even left some valuables in the store and she called me immediately to let me know to come back! 10/10 experience with customer service! Grace deserves a raise!
