I walked into their office wo. an appointment unaware of their business hours. I met Steve Lai, the owner and one hour later I left feeling relieved and optimistic about my auto insurance situation. I was truely humbled upon realizing that Steve had spent over an hour with me answering
my questions and showing me various options+ + and - -long past closing time!!
"Thank you, Steve, my friend!"
That they've been here on Mercury St. for so long, speaks volumes about the
outstanding service they bring to you.
They're easy to get to from 163 and the Balboa Ave. (west) exit.
It's rare in this struggling economy to find
the quality of customer care as i recieved from San Diego Insurance!!!!

Definitely recommend. I was looking for car insurance as a college student and was struggling to get through the process. But, Steve was great and helped me find insurance in less than an hour. Not to mention, he was able to get me insurance SIGNIFICANTLY better than what I was going to pay at Geico.
