This is the third time i've had this issue with National Seating and Mobility in San Diego. I had a manufacturer's warranty for a power assist motor on my wheelchair. NSM picked up the wheel on december 8th. They received it back from the manufacturer on december 27th. NSM never informed me that my wheel had been available for pick. I called NSM 1 month after they recieved the wheel. On February 1st they finally delivered my power wheel. I'm writing this l To inform others how national seating and mobility does not care whether they're clients can get to work or function outside or there house. Also, this is not a one time problem this is systemic. For the last 10 years, I have been dealing with this Incompetence and lack of care for mobility. In the past I have waited over three months to have my wheelchair repaired. NSM is great when they sell you a $30,000 power chair and deliver it early. But if you need repairs to be done prepare to wait for over three months. The word healthcare does not equal this company. It should be lack of care.

I have been calling them for weeks to check on the status of my order. They have never called me back. I have also sent emails to my sales person and he has not responded. I would give them a -0- if I could. Horrible Company

Cannot get a call back on a status of an order, plus been waiting for a wheelchair repair for over a year! Horrible place to do business with and will be talking to the insurance company to start referring to a different company!

The worst place for make, repair wheelchair. They never respond your phone calls for weeks. Their policy to call you back in next business day totally lies. We got wheelchair for my husband on 2019. Since then it's nightmare with NSM. The wheelchair's brake constantly has an issue for years. Please go to other company. Avoid this company at any cost. Tell your insurance to assign another wheelchair company.

I'm surprised they are still in business!!! They never return calls, trying to get any information on status is horrible, trying to talk to someone in charge is impossible!!! This company show be sued!!!! Kaiser should not be giving this company any business. National seating and mobility is a failer company.!!!
