So grateful with the help they gave me. Please just have patience with them. I know i went in all panicking but i kept my calm with the staff. They work hard. Again much love

I was in a car crash and spent 3 days in the ICU. The experience I had was very pleasant. Lauren S. was my day nurse , all 3 days. She was absolutely fabulous. Very professional and very caring to my comfort and needs. Very knowledgable and stern about what was necessary for my care in a polite & humorous way.The ICU a def 5 rating. Very professional. I had to give a 4 overall only because the last night I was not in the ICU. I have to say it was like I was in a completely different hospital. I was on the 5th floor. I will not go into specifics but I give them a 3 rating at best. Overall the food was pretty good I have to say.
